I had a wonderful experience at Castle Couture! Finding my wedding dress was a magical experience and I wouldnt have wanted to go anywhere else. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you for taking the time to review Castle Couture. To add to it, she found THE perfect veil to pair with my dress. It was not cut even at all. My maid of honor and my mother were treated just as wonderfully as I was and they really made us feel special. My consultant Jamie was amazing super nice understood exactly what i wanted she made it so easy on me and my party. She listened to me and was efficient.
But they did their best to fix it on the spot. I don't think it's that they didn't have dresses I liked because I saw another bride across the store wearing something very similar to what I had described, but I was not given the opportunity to try that one on. Best wishes! I was looking for in style, etc. Mariam, made my dream a reality and found me the PERFECT DRESS!!! They also had a good selection of veils that I got to pair perfectly with my dress during that moment. Every single dress I was given couldn't have been farther from what I asked for, mind you I was never even given a long sleeve dress to try on. I was feeling hopeless dress shopping like every dress looked the same, and then I got to Castle Couture. Our team stands ready to expertly cater to every detail for the bride. The dress that I purchased was within budget (ended up staying in budget even with alterations!) They were pressuring me into buying the one gown that fit me even though I was not crazy about it.
She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made every piece of the appointment so special! While they did not have any of the dresses I had wanted to try on, my consultant pulled 3 that she thought I would l Hi Meghan! For my mothers dress she reduced the length of the gown, so it fit her body better, and designed a custom jacket. Youre skinny! she said. Shout out to Colleen, George, and Irene for helping make everything special. me we had things we liked and didn't like about everything we tried on. She also never showed us how the bustle worked so I had to call her a couple days before my wedding to ask how to bustle my dress. Me and my friend have been friends since childhood and this was a super emotional and important event for us and this team exceeded our expectations and made the experience everything we ever dreamed. She is absolutely amazing and was such a joy to be around. intment had to be only 1 hour since I had dinner reservations at a steakhouse in Manhattan with my fianc. s looking for, long sleeves with lace and a fitted dress. anywhere! Also trying on the pieces with my actual dress and veil during my fittings was such a game changer. Angela was chosen to be my daughter's Bridal Consultant and was fabulous! I have heard so many horror stories about brides poor experiences with Castle Couture, however, I had a beautiful experience from start to finish. It was the closest thing to that "Say Yes To The Dress" experience I could imagine getting. I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on!
I said I wanted something simple and romantic, but everything she brought back was very gaudy. I had visited several salons in the NY/NJ area, but as soon as I walked into Castle Couture I knew I had found the place where I would find my dream dress. Christina was so easy to work with and really made me feel comfortable. We were told to sell the dress by the manager which hasnt even been delivered to the store. es. She was so amazing! Thank you to Jody at Castle Couture! . Amber was an absolute pleasure to work with. any styles in mind and then pulled dresses that I had envisioned I would love. I was directed to go upstairs and was shortly greeted by my bridal consultant Angela. When I picked it up the bottom of my dress looked like a child cut it. I literally felt like a princess. She said because my dress and veil are both here and have been in their shop for a while now. I had the best experience at Castle Couture! My consultant, Kristen, worked so well with me. I loved they attention to detail and their flexibility. This was a once in a lifetime experience for me and she couldnt have made it any better. My bridal consultant was Kristen L. and she was AMAZING! It wasnt what I wanted so I was settling. They only offered to fix the dress and preserve it for me. I came in with two dresses I had seen online that I wanted to try on that Castle Couture carried, and one of them ended up being THE dress! They sold their in-house seamstress and made it all seem like it would be a seamless process. I really enjoyed my dress shopping experience but it was my alterations that did not fit my expectations and in fact the dress was my biggest issue on my wedding day because of the alterations. I ended up going to a small boutique and found a dress that looks like a million bucks for under my budget of 1500. It was such a special and wonderful experience from beginning to end. I told her I did not want a strapless dress and I was brought a strapless dress. I vaguely explained what I was looking for and she helped me narrow down my dream dress. My consultant, Hannah, was amazing! So the straps couldnt be exactly off the shoulder but on a diagonal. patient with me. big! Highly recommend her you guys for anyone dying to find their dream dress This is the place !! Prior to my first visit, they called to ask my preferences and vision for the dress, which allowed them to get a head start during my first vis My wedding dress was the dress I always dreamed to wear. e she did things slowly but the end result was absolute perfection- my dress fit like a glove. She listened to my likes and dislikes and truly picked out dresses that were so me! My consultant was great to work with and understood my budget and helped my find a beautiful gown for my wedding that fit my body type perfectly. My wedding dress shopping experience was at first pleasant and I like the dress style but the problem is its TOO Castle Couture was the first stop when searching for my wedding dress - and was also my last stop!

The tough part was getting the dress to fit perfectly as I am both tall in stature and very long-waisted. everything you could want when dress shopping. Hi Amanda! I agree with several of the other brides on here - do not get your alterations done here. Def recommend her she is truly wonderful! BRILLIANT. They held up very well too! This was the first place I looked and I bought a dress the first trip. None of them were what I was envisioning for my wedding day and only one of them fit. She didn't do her due diligence and thought I was getting married next year so she hadn't pulled any dresses and even went so far as to imply that the her incompetence was my fault. Thanks so much to the castle couture team for helping me create the perfect dress. Well any brides worse nightmare happened to me on the day of my wedding. They were communicative with shipping and pick up dates and times. Im not one to write reviews but I would never want this to happen to another bride. I even ordered a 2nd dress 2 weeks before my wedding to change into at the reception bc Id grown to dislike my original gown. From my very first alteration appointment to last, Drita was so kind and helpful. I had the pleasure of having Cathrin Torkse as my stylist/bridal consultant and she made the appointment far better than I expected! Natalia did my alterations and she altered the dress perfectly and was so kind. Overall great bridal experience and a strong choice for people looking for a one-stop-shop too! have. Alterations went smooth despite me giving birth to my son 2 months prior to our wedding. I thought we had finally gotten it right but was still nervous about how my dress would fit me on my wedding day bc Id lost all faith in my seamstress for good reason. Castle Couture offers high-quality service options for each bride and bridal party. She was so sweet and was able to really help my incision what the dress would look like, she picked out my veil, she held my phone and FaceTimed my family and showed them every part of the dress. And I had to have people follow me all night pinning my dress up so I wouldnt trip and fall. I ended up coming back with some other guests to say yes and she was all for it.
the dress of my dreams and I couldn't be more excited! I felt so unimportant, belittled, and less than. When my dress came in, it fit me almost perfectly and very minimal alterations needed to be made. Thank you for everything! lled an Eve of Milady dress as my last dress, and I WAS IN LOVE! I bought my dress the first day I went there, my first time dress shopping. I totally understand this. They argued with me numerous times telling me that they can't place that order even though it's listed on their website because it's discontinued. On my third and what was supposed to be my last fitting, I had dropped weight and the dress was so lose on me and without any issues she promised to make sure it fit on my wedding day and scheduled a new pick up date for me. She look at me and just knew what would look perfect on me. I think the appointment felt comfortable and personal and Im overall very happy with the dress I would up purchasing here! When I tried on the one gown that fit, the stylist said in a really snotty tone "that actually looks okay on you". She knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled dresses that continued to get better with each new dress. She listened to all my wants and needs and helped me find the wedding perfect dress and accessories. I got an email saying my dress was in and I needed to make an appointment. There were four fittings total. Absolutely unprofessional and appalling that this is the way they speak to people. She was so sweet and listened to my vision of what i wanted to look like and made great selections. sociate was nice but in retrospect, very pushy. The other girls there were also very kind and helpful as well. * Designer and couture bridal gowns It was a tough choice. I found my dress that day but knew it was too soon and knew I had to look other places to be completely sure. It was unbelievable that they mismanaged this appointment so tremendously and found only one option and were trying to force me to buy it. Additionally wedding day there were still pins in it, Im guessing as a result of the rude alterations manager rushing the seamstress. So much so, I had to go back and have her be my "Mom of the Bride" consultant! I highly reco Hi Gina! No other dress felt like this, it was absolutely the One of my dreams. They let me try on a variety of dresses and never pushed me to try a style that I wasnt crazy about. My seamstress, Ellen, was so kind and tailored my dress beautifully. I left in actual tears because it was just so beyond awful. BUT everything after that was a NIGHTMARE! I didnt go to a lot of dress shops to look for my wedding dress, but this one was so lovely in comparison. I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything. I was so offended and shocked and her supervisor did nothing about it. I would defin Kristen was wonderful in helping find a dress that was perfect for me. We are thrilled you had a great time with us and Mariam, felt special, and found your perfect dress! She was able to find me a dress that was exactly what I needed. My wedding was in JUNE! SERVICES OFFERED She had such an attitude throughout the whole appointment and kept making little digs, I couldn't wait to leave. I would highly recommend. I got alterations done at a different location (local seamstress) because I have heard less-than-stellar things about that as well. My bridal consultant was Kristen Lubrano and she truly exceeded my expectations!! I loved the simplicity of it. I purchased a dress and had immediate dress regret and Christina was so accommodating. to my wants, likes, and dislikes. She totally understood my style, helped me with the dresses and was so nice and welcoming! Cookies, beverages offered. She was super friendly and accommodating and helped me find my DREAM DRESS on the very first appointment. Growing up in the area, Castle Couture was a place I always dreamed of getting a dress from one day. Well, I did, but no thanks to you! Mistakes included cutting too much off the end of dress (by several inches), a CROOKED hem - this happened two different times! I had the most incredible experience at Castle Couture with Mariam Mallakh as my Stylist. I didn't come to my first appointment thinking I would find my dress that day (or in New Jersey) but Christina made it happen because she captured my style, knew the inventory well, and made me feel so comfortable. They said it was because we came in "before they started printing cards for the $495 deal" So we literally thought alterations were included since we bought such an expensive gown and mostly because our salesperson made it seem that way when she said "my gift to you" (after going way over our budgetit made sense she would perhaps throw us some freebies). My mom and I were sat in a back hallway by ourselves. I told her I will do as I please since they do belong to me. I began working with Castle Couture in December 2019 in search of my wedding dress. in the door. I notice there are other reviews on Yelp outlining a similar size recommendation where the dress is abnormally large for the bride and is forced to spend another thousand dollars to make the dress fit as desired. Everyone remarked that it was such a beautiful gown and they said it was just perfect for me.
I had shopped for my bridal gown at two shops prior to making my appointment at Castle Couture. She is also such a sweetheart. I LOVE Castle Couture! She found my dream dress after trying several other styles we finally found the one! We we were lead into the bridal showroom which was massive and beautiful! My sales as Omg awesome awesome place with great wonderful customer service. Mariam came down and introduced herself. She is extremely sweet and honest. If nothing else, have your dress altered ELSEWHERE! This place really pulls you in and once they sell you the dress, they certainly will not be any help after. Kristin started the appointment by putting me in one of each style of wedding gown. Overall, it was such a memorable moment and I would like to thank Kristen and the staff of Castle Couture for making my dress dreams come true! o I had to fight to even have the seamstress come over and when she did, she seemed totally unsure she could deliver on any kind of custom made item. es to be fully certain of the one I wanted, and once we decided on what type, the selections she pulled were gorgeous! HIGHLY recommend this place and can't say enough wonderful things about their staff. So she selected similar dresses to try on, so I could compare to the first one. Everything felt great my last fitting, but on my wedding day the straps felt lose again and there were a few fly-away strings on the back part, but nothing detrimental! I was done in about 1.5 hours. They should have offered a discount, some money back, any type of gesture. I tried on a couple dresses but they werent ALL I was looking for, but Christina took her time to understand why that was. Her work is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Rachel for your visit to say yes to the dress :) For alterations, go with Lisa! My dress is beautiful but I would've rather get it from somewhere else instead of getting treated the way I did. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes and the service was a 10/10. of my saying yes to the dress! I said YES. When I did come back to purchase my dress, she was welcoming and super happy for me. Only after a short period of time, we all had agreed upon and chose the most exquisite gown for me; Terani very elegant and classy.
