Unfortunately these adapters are rare and expensive, but also were designed to fit the Big Red pens internal cavity, rather than to fit into any pen which takes the Parker rollerball refill (which the Big Red pen does). When my Blaze Orange VFM ball point arrived, it had a blue refill in it and I prefer a black ink version. The Schmidt P8126 is NOT Parker compatible. I think theyre referred to as Mont Blanc style refills. The Uni-ball Signo is my all time favorite pen and I would love to get it into a nicer pen body than the plastic one it comes in, and Ive always liked the looks of the Retro 51 Tornado, so I will be thrilled if this hack works. Have I missed something, or do the words Parker Rollerball never appear in the article?

It fitted my Montblanc ballpoint pen Noblesse Oblige with additional tape to stop the spring. Lamy Tipo (if you dont mind the 207 refill tip extends out a bit).
