Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island.
There was plenty of seating for all six of us in both the living and dining areas.

This condo was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had extra little touches that made it very relaxinglike the directional nightlights in every room, and the extra ice maker that was so easily accessible and always full of ice. We had a great time.

LOG IN The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. Like I said previously this condo far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious and allowed several people in their at one time to cook. The condo at Sea Oats was an awesome place to stay.

On the corner, facing the beach and Gulf of Mexico - the complex and the unit both have undergone extensive updating We agree with you! Sometimes we wish the Associations would take more interest in the exterior of the properties however we had no control over that.

Overall, the rental unit was just exactly what we hoped for.
The location was great and the view from our fourth floor balcony was astounding! A room that is a 5 star needs to be cleaned like it is a five star.

The condo at Sea Oats was beautiful and although the actual building needs some improvements, per the construction going on, it didn't interrupt our vacation. The beach setup is so nice to have and I appreciate the owner of condo supplying the setups.

An unbelievable and rare find!
Outside facade construction created initial horrible noise and loss of gulf view. This condo does have an ice maker which you are right it is a great privilege to have that in the condo. The stunning white sand and Emerald waters await at this Fort Walton Beach vacation favorite. We also had some issues with noise from other tenants.
So easy to get to the beach, but sitting on the balcony in cute patio furniture was fun too.
Sea Oats provides the space, and you have the freedom to choose all the details, including all off-site vendors.

My one and only complaint is that the slats on the balcony railing were far enough apart that our skinny, mobile babies could fit through, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as much as we'd have liked.
