They are very polite but taking the owner for a ride as they will end up only losing customers at this rate. Rooms are clean , spacious and pool facing. Will never recommend this. Nearby attractions include Kudle Beach (1.9 km), Mahabaleswara Temple (1.6 km), and Paradise Beach (2.7 km). Frankly, nothing worked for us. Maintenance of the room is pathetic! There are more places to choose from in the. A/C restaurant, gymnasium, conference hall and Pure Veg Restaurant. For service we need to follow-up many times. The manager Mr. Jeevan was quite helpful,he guided me through my entire booking process , local travel transport arrangements and until checkout. Toilet was untidy.. there was no water supply at times.. quality of food is also too bad.. ordered simple dal rice for room service .. it was brought ice cold.. No maintenance of the property neither any sense of hospitality.. horrible experience.. Pros: Budget resort, spacious room. Understaffed. Wrote a mail to the General manager requesting early check in but till today no response but the staff managed to give us one room early.. the resort is nice but need some maintenance in some place. Stayed a night at the Sanskruti resort. I regret to hear about the disappointing service you received throughout your stay. Conveniently located restaurants include PREMA HILLTOP, White Elephant Restaurant & Cottages, and Mantra Cafe Gokarna. The service staffs are good however the managing staff needs to improve on guest management. The staff here come to know that things don't work only when the customer tells them. This property has got two swimming pool clean and surrounded by beautiful garden. He even promoted their other hotels in Goa which I was unaware of. I would rate it 9 out 10. Dirty linens, frogs hopping in the bathroom, leaky taps, clogged washbasins are just a few lowlights.This property should have been operated by professsionals. The property is very well planned is aesthetically very beautiful. Was a total waste of money. more.

He is really a asset to your hotel. We can definitely get a better property with good service elsewhere. Bathroom stinks of sewage. Food was average. The food was excellent and reasonable. Doesn't end there.
