After falling the office , no one ever showed up to unclog it and my husband ended up using the provided plunger to remove a large clog of hair - really gross and unpleasant to have to do on your vacation. You're also paying amenity fees for an old swimming pool, no beach or pool towels, ONLY two rolls of toilet paper (yeah, they will not provide another roll, I was told to go buy my own toilet paper), no shampoo or conditioner, too few room towels (so they were soaking wet by the last day of vacation), no housekeeping service during the stay and you have to pay to rent the beach, chairs and umbrella. I wish we would have cancelled and left!
